Amazon Store Manager

We are hiring for our client, a UK-based manufacturer and importer of branded consumer goods across sectors such as:

With a rapidly growing eCommerce presence, the company is seeking a skilled Amazon & eBay Product Lister / Marketplace Specialist to help scale operations further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, upload, and optimise product listings on Amazon (Seller Central & FBA) and eBay
• Write engaging, keyword-rich titles and descriptions to boost visibility and conversions
• Manage product variations, inventory levels, and pricing across platforms
• Track performance metrics (sales, rankings, reviews) and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on FBA shipments and stock replenishment
• Research competitor activity, trends, and pricing strategies
• Handle customer queries via marketplace portals professionally
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines
• Collaborate with management to identify new growth opportunities

• Proven experience selling on Amazon (Seller Central & FBA) and eBay
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and marketplace dynamics
• Excellent written English with SEO content skills
• Analytical mindset for competitor and market research
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel skills a plus)
• Bonus: Experience with Etsy, Shopify, TikTok Shop, OnBuy, or similar platforms
