Appointment Setter

This is a night shift opportunity. Work schedule is 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team and support our sales team by contacting prospective clients via telephone and email to ensure our sales professionals meet their monthly meeting goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience: Appointment setter: 1 year (Preferred)

Language: English fluently (Required)

• Clear basic questions and concerns about the products and services.
• Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
• Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve appointment-setting processes.
• Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role.
• Top-notch verbal and written skills.
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and appointment-setting tools is a plus.
• Bachelor degree in any field is preferred.
