Role Overview

• Take full ownership of retail and sales operations across all locations.
• Lead store operations, sales performance, and team management.
• Build and implement processes, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
• Work closely with Leasing, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify, develop, and launch new retail locations.
• Ensure consistency, structure, and scalability across the retail network.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5+ years of proven retail leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of store operations and sales management.
• Experience building systems and managing large retail teams.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and founders.
