Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable follow-ups with insurance companies.

• Ensure timely resolution of AR backlogs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of follow-up actions.
• Work closely with billing and coding teams to resolve issues.
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in AR and denial management.
• Strong knowledge of AR workflows and insurance follow-ups.
• Hands-on experience with denial analysis and resolution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
