Area Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients (e.g., hospitals, cleaning services, corporates).
  • Promote the full range of company products including cleaning textiles and healthcare-grade cotton products.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor retail presence, gather market intelligence, and ensure merchandising standards.
  • Provide after-sales service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Train and support partners and field teams to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Liaise with internal teams (production, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.
  • Maintain detailed reports on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities.
