E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

We are a rapidly growing eCommerce company specializing in private label products on Amazon and Walmart. We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite E-commerce Assistant to manage marketplace operations and support daily operations at our Karachi office. Primary Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon Private Label and Walmart Marketplace
• Perform keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies
• Coordinate and manage inventory, including FBA and WFS shipment preparation
• Respond to customer inquiries, manage returns, and ensure positive buying experiences
• Monitor account health and resolve performance-related issues
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research for new product opportunities
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and inventory preparation for shipments
• Track advertising performance for PPC and Walmart ads, assist with promotional campaigns
• Stay updated with latest Amazon and Walmart marketplace policies

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center
• Strong understanding of FBA and WFS processes
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and eCommerce tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work onsite, Monday to Friday in Karachi

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Registry
• Understanding of Amazon and Walmart advertising (PPC)
• Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop
