Job Description

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Support HBL overseas branches in managing comprehensive compliance documentation and procedures
  • Conduct thorough compliance reviews and assessments for international operations
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management and Board of Directors level committees
  • Review and analyze regulatory observations, inspection reports, and audit findings
  • Coordinate compliance training and development programs for international branches
  • Implement digital enablement initiatives to streamline compliance processes
  • Ensure adherence to international banking regulations and compliance standards

Requirement

  • Extensive experience in banking compliance and regulatory affairs
  • Strong understanding of international banking regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Proven track record in compliance documentation and reporting
  • Experience in training development and stakeholder management
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills for senior-level reporting
  • Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives in compliance functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications in compliance or risk management preferred
