Assistant Manager HR

Job Description

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism) and generate HR reports for management.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in driving employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, events, and recognition programs.
