Biztek Apps is hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead full-cycle HR operations and manage local, U.S., and international recruitment. This role focuses on building strong HR systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting a high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for Pakistan, U.S., and international hiring.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and performance management processes.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and internal procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR leadership or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with international and U.S. hiring.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
