AUDIT OFFICER

Yunus Textile is seeking an Internal Audit Officer to handle comprehensive stock counts and gate pass activities. This role offers excellent opportunities to contribute to inventory control and security processes while ensuring operational compliance and efficiency.

Gate Pass Activity Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough verification of gate passes and local sales in accordance with compliance SOPs
• Ensure complete accuracy between physical items and gate pass documentation per authorization matrix
• Verify local sales loadings and validate payment verification according to approved terms
• Perform comprehensive CCTV monitoring for live and previous day security oversight
• Coordinate with Team Lead for timely reporting of observations and process improvements
• Maintain detailed records of gate pass activities and compliance documentation
• Support security protocols and unauthorized access prevention measures

Stock Count Activity Functions

• Execute comprehensive inventory stock counts according to approved audit plans
• Identify and document observations noted during stock counting activities
• Support team initiatives in improving inventory control processes and procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory discrepancies and reconciliation
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams for inventory accuracy
• Contribute to development of enhanced inventory management systems

• Intermediate or Graduation degree from recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in audit, inventory, or related field
• Understanding of internal audit principles and inventory control processes
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Knowledge of compliance procedures and security protocols
• Ability to work independently and meet audit deadlines
• Professional communication skills for team coordination and reporting
• Experience in textile or manufacturing industry preferred
