• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to ensure they meet the company's criteria.
• Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects in CRM software.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant product/service information.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent.
• Prior experience in lead generation, telesales, or customer service (preferably in a BPO environment).
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking software.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
