Job Description

We are seeking ambitious and driven Sales Executives to help us expand our footprint in the UK coffee market. If you have a background in B2B sales, e-commerce, or product-based selling—and a passion for quality beverages—this is your chance to play a key role in a growing brand. You'll be responsible for identifying and closing business opportunities with UK-based cafes, retailers, and distributors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Experience: e-commerce B2B sales: 3 years (Required)

Location: Islamabad (Required)

Work Location: In person

Requirement

  • Identify and outreach to potential B2B clients in the UK coffee and hospitality sectors, including cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, and retailers.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Mailchimp, and cold emailing to generate your own leads and sales opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and pitch our range of coffee products, machines, and consumables with tailored proposals.
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, converting prospects into repeat buyers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Stay informed on UK coffee trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, or product sales.
  • Demonstrated success in UK/US lead generation and client acquisition using modern sales tools.
  • Experience selling to hospitality or food & beverage clients is a strong plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong self-discipline and the ability to independently generate and nurture leads.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and outbound automation platforms.
  • Based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi—applications from outside these cities will not be considered.
  • This job is not 100% remote but requires office attendance as well at Islamabad office.
