BRANCH MANAGER

Job Description

Tabba Microfinance, a project of Aziz Tabba Foundation, is seeking experienced Branch Managers for our Karachi operations. This role offers the opportunity to make meaningful social impact through Shariah-compliant microfinance services for underserved communities.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of all activities
  • Assist clients in completing Shariah-compliant financing applications and ensure accurate documentation
  • Conduct thorough case evaluations and present detailed findings to Verification Committee
  • Oversee timely and accurate disbursement of approved funds to beneficiaries
  • Monitor repayment schedules and ensure ethical collection and recovery processes
  • Implement community outreach strategies to educate underserved populations on Islamic microfinance
  • Prepare comprehensive impact reports for Welfare Committee and Board of Directors

Leadership & Community Engagement

  • Lead and supervise loan officers while ensuring alignment with operational goals
  • Conduct field surveys and organize financial literacy awareness campaigns
  • Utilize internal systems effectively for data input and program performance tracking
  • Manage team performance and provide guidance on service standards

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from recognized institution
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven team leadership and staff management capabilities
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Proficiency in data evaluation, analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Open to both male and female candidates
