Job Description

Sachi Chakki Khidmat is a chain of grocery stores with outlets in high population density areas in Lahore.

The candidate will be required to:

  • Own POS, inventory, and call-center data.
  • Identify profit and customer experience (CX) opportunities.
  • Execute store and process changes across 8 Lahore branches, including:
    • Staffing
    • Pricing
    • Promotions
    • Planograms
    • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirement

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong process improvement skills.
  • Field execution capabilities: ability to brief, train, and audit stores.
  • Clear communication skills in both Urdu and English.
  • High sense of ownership and responsibility.
