ThinkDone Solutions is a software development and consulting company providing services since 2011. We specialize in custom software development, UI/UX design, web development, mobile app development, software QA & testing, and enterprise solutions.

Position

Business Development Manager (IT) — Office based in Lahore

Education / Qualification

  • Graduation or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, CS/IT/SE, or a related field

Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the tech industry
  • Minimum 2 years working on USA-based projects with proven expertise in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and cold calling
  • Experience with Upwork is a strong advantage

Timings

  • Willing and flexible to work evening or night shifts (2pm–11pm OR 5pm–2am)

Responsibilities, Duties and Skills Required

  • Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, email marketing, Upwork, and other online tools
  • Engage prospects through personalized LinkedIn messages, connection requests, and follow-ups to build relationships and qualify leads
  • Craft compelling email templates and optimize sequences to increase open and response rates
  • Proficiency in CRM tools to track lead activity and manage the sales pipeline
  • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns using automation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English
  • Use LinkedIn and email campaigns to generate interest in our software development solutions
  • Qualify inbound leads and follow up with personalized outreach to move them through the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and lead interactions in the CRM system
  • Track lead status, update prospect information, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Close qualified leads and collaborate on strategies to optimize outreach and improve conversion rates
  • Provide regular updates on outreach effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and KPIs; analyze campaign data to identify improvement areas
  • Manage the sales team efficiently by tracking KPIs
