About the Role

WA Cricket has fantastic casual opportunities for Community Cricket Officers to join a dynamic Community Cricket team at one of WA’s leading sporting organisations. These roles are available in multiple regions across WA.

  • Geraldton
  • Northam
  • Mandurah
  • Esperance
  • Kalgoorlie
  • Manjimup & surrounds

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the promotion and delivery of school-based programs within designated regions.
  • Lead fun cricket clinics and activities in schools, providing clear pathways into community cricket clubs and competitions.
  • Train and support School Ambassadors and program leaders to inspire students.
  • Plan and run Woolworths Cricket Blast School Cups for local primary schools.
  • Maintain connections with WA Participation Specialists and provide feedback on school visits.
  • Explore innovative ways to involve more students in cricket development programs.
  • Work with the Regional Cricket Manager to ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system.

  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • A valid WA driver’s license and access to your own transport.
