Cold Calling Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in cold calling potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/services.
  • Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and gather relevant business information.
  • Clearly communicate value propositions and handle objections with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Schedule follow-up calls, appointments, and demos for the sales team.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback on client needs, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirement

  • Proven experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or customer acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Preferred Skills
