Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
Escort customers to racks and counters while suggesting items.
Provide product information and advice.
Help customers make selections by offering suggestions and building confidence.
Record sales by creating or updating customer profiles.
Process payments through cash, card, or checks.
Notify customers about promotions, special sales, and new merchandise.
Support the team by completing related tasks as needed.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
