Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
Identifying and developing project proposals to grow the Bank’s portfolio.
Engaging with government officials and private sector stakeholders on project-related issues.
Managing day-to-day interactions with key clients and ensuring targets are met.
Following up on proposals within the ECO region, requiring strong local market knowledge.
Providing accurate, timely information to both internal and external clients.
Handling referrals from international and national institutions.
Responding to inquiries and proposals from potential clients.
Preparing and managing credit reports for the approval process.
Assessing creditworthiness of projects and structuring participation in line with Bank policies.
Drafting Eligibility Review (ER), Concept Clearance (CC), Final Review (FR), and Board Documents.
Coordinating with other departments during due diligence and appraisal stages.
Supporting the Department Head in setting financial targets.
Developing origination targets aligned with the Bank’s business plan.
Defining pricing strategies consistent with annual revenue goals.
Ensuring loan portfolio aligns with the Bank’s funding sources.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s Degree in these fields is preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in a large commercial/investment bank, preferably in a multilateral development bank in areas of project finance, credit risk, financial analysis, and financial modelling.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
