Smart Way Accounting & Tax Services, a UAE-based company, is hiring a Customer Services Representative – Tele Sales for its Lahore office. This role is suitable for candidates with prior telesales experience and strong English communication skills.

Job Description

  • Handle outbound telesales calls to promote accounting and tax services.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide clear service information.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Asian English speaking accent required.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: PKR 50,000
  • Incentives paid in Dirhams
