Job Description:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Preparation of payroll (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Maintain personal files of all employees.
  • Process final settlement of resigned employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and sign other required documents from departing employees.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
  • Assist recruiters to source candidates and update the database.

Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Timesheets and reviewing daily administrative tasks.
  • Reviewing weekly administrative tasks.
  • Reviewing monthly administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT, or Business field.

Position Type: Full-time

Skills and Tools:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Problem resolution and analytical thinking.

Required Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Admin functions and duties.
  • Compile and update various agreements records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
  • Coordinate Admin projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Handle employee requests regarding Admin issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Properly handle administrative complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Collect all equipment and returnable documents from departing employees.
  • Conduct initial orientation regarding Admin to newly hired employees and issue necessary equipment/documents.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
