Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Field Officer for Swat to handle on-ground operations, coordinate with farmers, buyers, and suppliers, and ensure smooth execution of commodity transactions in the region.

Mon–Fri 9 AM to 6 PM | Sat 10 AM to 4 PM

• Conduct field visits to monitor and facilitate operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, traders, and suppliers.
• Gather and share market intelligence with management.
• Support procurement and delivery processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and field reports.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of field operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
