FINANCE EXECUTIVE

A Moosajee Sons is seeking a Finance Executive with specialized experience in the Fashion Retail Industry. This role offers excellent opportunities to contribute to financial operations while working with one of the leading fashion retail companies in Pakistan.

Financial Management Responsibilities

• Handle comprehensive bookkeeping of regional expenses and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage petty cash operations and ensure proper documentation and control
• Organize and maintain daily evidence filing systems for financial transactions
• Coordinate effectively with operations teams to resolve finance-related queries and issues
• Execute vendor reconciliation processes and maintain supplier relationship management
• Conduct thorough bank reconciliation activities and ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Complete assigned finance tasks and support departmental objectives

Industry Expertise

• Work with established fashion retail brand with strong market presence
• Gain specialized experience in fashion retail financial operations
• Contribute to financial strategy in dynamic retail environment
• Develop expertise in retail-specific accounting and finance practices

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, or MBA in Accounts & Finance
• Proven relevant experience specifically in Fashion Retail Industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance practices in retail environment
• Understanding of retail financial operations and inventory management
• Proficiency in financial software systems and MS Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
• Effective communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
• Knowledge of retail industry regulations and compliance requirements
