FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Genesis Holdings is seeking a Financial Controller to lead our comprehensive financial management operations as part of our strategic Finance Team expansion. This senior-level position offers the opportunity to drive financial excellence while ensuring organizational financial integrity and growth.

Executive Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning
• Lead comprehensive financial strategy development and implementation
• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage treasury functions, cash flow optimization, and investment strategies
• Coordinate taxation planning and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements
• Supervise internal controls, risk management, and audit processes
• Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to executive management

• Extensive senior-level experience in financial management and controllership
• Comprehensive expertise in all aspects of finance including budgeting, FP&A, and treasury
• Strong background in taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit management
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing large finance teams
• Strategic thinking with ability to drive organizational financial performance
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent required
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA preferred
