FINANCIAL REPORTING LEAD

Genesis Holdings is recruiting a Financial Reporting Lead to oversee our comprehensive financial reporting functions as part of our Finance Team expansion. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape financial reporting standards while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder transparency.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee comprehensive financial reporting processes and procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports
• Establish financial reporting standards and maintain compliance with accounting principles
• Coordinate with auditors during external audit processes and regulatory reviews
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities
• Provide financial reporting insights and analysis to senior management
• Lead and mentor financial reporting team members and establish departmental excellence

• Extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting management
• Deep understanding of accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance
• Proven track record in managing financial closing processes and audit coordination
• Leadership experience with ability to manage reporting teams and establish standards
• Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail
• Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting and presentations
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
