Food Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Food Product Development Specialist to lead the innovation and optimization of food products in a dynamic manufacturing and R&D environment. The role involves developing formulations, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving innovation in product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, market-ready food solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BS/MS in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in food product development within a manufacturing or R&D setting.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in formulation, ingredient functionality, and process optimization (thermal processing, extrusion, etc.).
• Proficiency with lab instrumentation (texture analyzers, pH meters, GC/MS).
• Strong knowledge of food safety (HACCP, GMPs) and regulatory compliance.

Soft Skills

• Proven project management and leadership abilities.
• Innovative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional teamwork.

Bonus

• Experience with plant-based/clean-label products.
• Familiarity with SAP/LIMS software.
