Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing a robust data strategy, governance framework, and data quality standards across the bank.
• Developing a long-term data roadmap to enhance data-driven decision making.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning in banking operations.
• Collaborate with business units, IT, and senior leadership to enhance data-driven decision making while overseeing master data management (MDM), metadata, and data quality standards.
• Oversee the adoption and integration of FDX standards, open banking APIs, and third-party data sharing frameworks, ensuring compliance and security.
• Oversee the selection and management of data platforms, AI tools, and technology vendors supporting data and AI initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.
• Age: Upto 55 Years as of September 16, 2025.
• Experience: Minimum 08 years of relevant banking / non-banking experience.
