This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing and implementing the company’s international sales policies, procedures, objectives and initiatives, and spearheading the company’s efforts in international territories through sales trips, roadshows and related events. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of international real estate agents, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer accounts and travel within the assigned geographical area to drive business into the specific country/cluster and increase market/customer share across all revenue streams.
Train, mentor and build a high-performing team of international real estate agents.
Set clear performance expectations, provide guidance and coaching, and track key performance metrics.
Design and manage international sales and broker engagement initiatives and activities.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve international sales goals.
Create and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
Identify opportunities for brand exposure and community involvement in target markets.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Produce accurate and timely reports to meet the needs of the head of department and senior management.
Lead sales trips, roadshows and related events to generate leads and close business internationally.
Requirement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience with proven success in real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of international business and real estate market trends.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing international teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse sales data and produce management reports.
Comfortable travelling internationally for sales trips and events.
