Hotel Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hotel Manager to lead the daily operations of our hotel. The right candidate will combine strong leadership skills with deep knowledge of the Pakistani hospitality industry, ensuring both exceptional guest service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all hotel departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Maintenance.
  • Supervise daily workflows to deliver consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and manage staff to maintain a professional, guest-focused culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and hospitality standards (health, safety, hygiene).
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with prompt, professional solutions.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Lead marketing and promotional initiatives to boost occupancy and brand visibility.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement/finance for timely supplies.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Report regularly to senior management on operations, staffing, occupancy, and finances.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel operations (including 3+ years in management).
  • Knowledge of Pakistani hospitality trends and guest preferences.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost control).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in boutique, mid-range, or luxury hotels.
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written).
