Job Description

  • Manage onboarding and orientations of staff and inform selected candidates about the required documentation; facilitate them in filling out the recruitment packs.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Ensure the completion of the EMF gratuity DSR and cheque file promptly.
  • Maintain records of left and newly hired staff on the client's admin portal.

Qualifications and Skills

  • BBA/MBA in HR
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Office
  • Strong administrative skills
