HR Intern

PLC Group is offering an exciting HR Internship opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources. This internship provides hands-on experience in a professional corporate environment with opportunities to learn various HR functions.

Learning Opportunities & Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding activities for new employees and maintain employee records
• Help coordinate training and development programs for staff members
• Assist in maintaining HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and employee databases
• Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities
• Help prepare HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and policy documents
• Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
• Learn about performance management systems and employee relations
• Support administrative tasks and special HR projects as assigned
