Requirement

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation.
  • Organize training and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics as required by management.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Assist in the development and communication of company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
