Job Description

Trigency360, a leading digital marketing company recognized for launching innovative brands and driving profitable growth, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role plays a critical part in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to support the company’s rapid expansion and ongoing success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and possess experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, particularly within the digital marketing or IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Employ advanced sourcing strategies and platforms to identify both active and passive candidates across a wide professional network.
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Trigency360’s values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the employer brand and communicate why Trigency360 is an employer of choice.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and comply with labor laws.

Requirement

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the digital marketing or IT industries.
  • Strong understanding of diverse recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to attract and engage top talent effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating compelling job descriptions and engaging professionally with candidates.
  • Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for human resources and talent acquisition, with a strong commitment to contributing to the company’s growth.

Job Type and Compensation

  • Full-time, in-person position based at the company’s office.
  • Monthly salary ranges from Rs38,000 to Rs50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
