Human Resource Manager

Job Description

Royal Solar Energy, a fast-growing renewable energy company located in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its team. The company specializes in providing sustainable and innovative solar solutions throughout Pakistan. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals, and promoting a positive and productive work environment. This is a full-time, in-person role with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall objectives of the company.
  • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with Pakistani labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Maintain and enhance employee relations, morale, and performance across the organization.
  • Develop, monitor, and update HR systems, policies, and processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and resolve employee conflicts fairly and promptly.
  • Keep accurate HR records and prepare reports as required by company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to anticipate and plan for future hiring needs.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the service sector or renewable energy industry, particularly solar energy, is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software/tools.
