The position involves managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations while supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical IT roles.
• Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Oversee HRIS, payroll coordination, and attendance management.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Support leadership with workforce planning and HR strategy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Strong background in talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR priorities.

Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Location: I-10/3, Islamabad (On-site)
