Naveena Group is hiring an experienced Manager Costing & Budgeting for its Garments Division. This role focuses on end-to-end costing, budgeting, and financial analysis within a garments manufacturing environment.

Job Description

• Manage product-wise and cut-to-pack costing for garment production.
• Perform standard versus actual costing and variance analysis.
• Handle order costing, inventory valuation, and capacity utilization analysis.
• Conduct margin analysis, sales analysis, and contribution reporting.
• Monitor and control budgeting processes across production operations.
• Work with ERP and Order Management Systems for accurate financial tracking.
• Support management with cost optimization and financial decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Proven experience in costing and budgeting within the garments manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of apparel production costing and financial controls.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or order management systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
