MANAGER DATA MIGRATION

HBL is seeking a Manager Data Migration for our Information Technology function to lead critical data migration initiatives. This senior-level position offers the opportunity to work with one of Pakistan's leading financial institutions while managing complex data transformation projects.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive data migration strategies according to established implementation plans
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with all key stakeholders throughout entire implementation lifecycle
• Ensure data readiness and validation processes are completed prior to system go-live events
• Manage data migration activities within designated cutover windows to minimize business disruption
• Validate migrated data within target applications to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and procedures
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to data migration team members

• Extensive experience in data migration projects, preferably in banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of data architecture, database management, and system integration
• Proven track record in managing complex IT implementation projects
• Expertise in data validation, testing, and quality assurance processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in banking sector
• Leadership experience with ability to manage technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
