Genesis Holdings is expanding our Finance Team and seeking an experienced Manager Finance to lead strategic financial operations. This role offers excellent opportunities to contribute to organizational growth while managing comprehensive financial functions in our dynamic business environment.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
  • Oversee financial and performance analysis (FP&A) activities and reporting
  • Manage treasury operations and cash flow optimization strategies
  • Coordinate taxation planning and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Supervise internal and external auditing processes and implementations
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Lead and mentor finance team members while establishing departmental best practices

Requirement

  • Extensive experience in financial management and accounting functions
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of treasury management and cash flow operations
  • Proven experience in taxation and regulatory compliance
  • Background in internal and external audit processes
  • Leadership skills with ability to manage and develop finance teams
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
