Manager Retail Sales And Accounting, Book Keeping

Yaseen Rehman Trading (SME Pvt. Ltd.), based in Anbar, Swabi KPK, is a leading company in the fertilizer industry, dedicated to excellence. We are seeking an On Rotation Manager for Retail Sales and Accounting/Bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of relevant experience to our dynamic team. 4 days off per month, with food provided at the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail sales operations and ensure efficient accounting practices to boost sales.
• Manage bookkeeping, including maintaining financial records and reports.
• Develop sales strategies to enhance customer and dealer engagement and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and manage employees across self-agriculture, retail, and other divisions.
• Provide training and leadership to junior staff.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Expert in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
