Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and web.
• Oversee brand positioning, content strategy, and product launches.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Support sales teams through lead generation and campaign collaboration.
• Track marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external vendors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3–4 years of total marketing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.
• Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
