We are a growing healthcare services company specializing in medical billing, coding, and credentialing. We are looking for a dynamic individual who understands the technical side of medical billing and has the skills to drive business growth through sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end medical billing, coding, and credentialing processes.
  • Drive sales efforts to acquire new clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Develop, draft, review, and maintain client contracts and agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and upselling services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with payer requirements and industry regulations.


Requirement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in medical billing, coding, and credentialing.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development within healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and payer requirements.
  • Ability to draft, review, and finalize client contracts/agreements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
