MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTIONIST REQUIRED

Excel Labs is seeking a skilled Medical Transcriptionist to join our healthcare documentation team in the prestigious Blue Area of Islamabad. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to quality healthcare delivery through accurate medical record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe medical reports, clinical notes, and healthcare documentation with precision
• Convert audio recordings of medical procedures and consultations into written format
• Review and edit medical documents for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards and healthcare regulations
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify medical terminology when needed
• Meet daily and weekly transcription deadlines while maintaining quality standards

• Minimum qualification: FSc or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BS MLT)
• 2-3 years of proven experience in medical transcription or related healthcare documentation
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures
• Excellent command of medical language and documentation standards
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in medical transcription software and healthcare information systems
