• Making Outbound Calls to customers.
• Deliver the assigned product/service related information.
• Processing of financial/non-financial transactions.
• Target achieve through assigned portfolio.
• Follow assigned product/service calling scripts.
• To maintain the Calling Ratio as per the required target.
• Personal/Professional Grooming for the new joiners.
• Resolve sales discrepancy.
• To make calls as per QA standard
