Operations Manager (Halan Microfinance Bank)

Job Description

Managing Branch Operations: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, cash management, security, and compliance.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations, including KYC/AML guidelines.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage branch expenses to meet financial targets.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize branch operations and efficiency.
Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports to various departments, including MIS reports.

Requirement

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduate).
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong customer-driven attitude, good communication, and problem-solving skills.
