Operations / Marketing Manager

The Operations & Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations while also driving impactful marketing strategies. This hybrid role requires a balance of operational efficiency, marketing creativity, and leadership to ensure VEGAS.PK continues to thrive in the competitive e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Lead and supervise daily e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Ensure smooth coordination between operations, warehouse, customer service, and supply chain teams.
• Implement processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze operational performance, and recommend improvements.

Marketing Management

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Oversee social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy to strengthen brand positioning.
• Coordinate with creative and digital teams for content creation, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
• Analyze campaign data and optimize for ROI, conversions, and brand growth.

Leadership & Strategy

• Work closely with senior management to align operations and marketing with business goals.
• Manage a cross-functional team and ensure collaboration across departments.
• Identify core issues and growth opportunities within the brand and propose strategic solutions.
• Drive customer retention and loyalty programs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations and/or marketing management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to make strategic decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
