PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Kaizen Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Production Executive for our Head Office operations. This role offers excellent opportunities to contribute to pharmaceutical manufacturing excellence while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in all production operations
• Supervise comprehensive manufacturing and packaging activities for pharmaceutical products
• Troubleshoot production issues effectively and implement corrective measures
• Manage material transfer processes between production areas and warehouse facilities
• Maintain accurate area cleaning protocols and comprehensive production documentation
• Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations
• Handle deviation management and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

• PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree from recognized institution
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical packaging and OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols
• Experience in pharmaceutical production processes and quality control systems
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and quality standards
• Leadership skills for supervising production and packaging operations
• Professional communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
