Project Manager (Construction)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects at our site on Tariq Road, Karachi. This full-time position involves overseeing all phases of construction to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and be ready for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from initiation through to completion.
• Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize cost-effectiveness.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and safety standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to prepare, monitor, and adjust project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
