Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team at our Tariq Road office in Karachi. This full-time role involves managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring precise cost estimation, and maintaining effective cost control from the start to the completion of each project. The position offers a competitive salary, which will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and develop budgets for various construction projects.
• Manage tender processes and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Monitor project expenses, track cost variations, and prepare valuations accordingly.
• Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Oversee procurement activities and control material costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Ensure all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Strong expertise in cost estimation, tender management, and procurement procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities and project valuations with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively engage with diverse project stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of contractual and regulatory standards applicable to construction projects.
