To promote, implement, and sustain the Islamic Banking framework within the assigned region by ensuring alignment of all Retail Banking operations, products, and services with Shariah principles through compliance monitoring, staff training, client engagement, and coordinating with the Shariah Compliance and Shariah Audit Departments. The objective is to uphold and strengthen the Islamic identity of the Bank, contribute to business generation, and enhance the internal Islamic Banking culture, thereby supporting the business and strategic objectives of the Bank.
