Job Description

• Manage and service existing employee banking portfolios and monitor monthly throughput.
• Conduct wallet sizing and increase bank wallet share through improved services.
• Execute employee banking deals across CIBG, Commercial, SME, Retail, and Institutional segments.
• Achieve assigned employee banking targets and maintain monthly performance run rates.
• On-board new employee banking mandates and support teams to achieve NTB targets.
• Enhance payroll volumes and ensure deposit retention in existing accounts.
• Coordinate with branches and business segments to strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• At least 1 year of overall experience or 1 year in employee banking or CM solution delivery.
• Understanding of employee banking industry practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
